SPECIAL COLOUR FINISH: Phono stages can be ordered with a special paint finish option at time of ordering. These on average add 21 days to the delivery time and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Choices are - White, Red and Silver. Other custom choices are available upon request at a further surcharge.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Since all Tom Evans Audio Design items are lovingly hand crafted, there will be times where items are not directly available from stock even where it is indicated that they are available. Where a unit is temporarily out of stock, we will mail you back at the earliest possible time to alert you as to a build date.
PHONO STAGE CALIBRATION: Cartridges that have requirements for loading that are not covered by our dip switches can be accommodated for on request.
VAT AND DUTY: Prices shown include Vat/Duty where applicable for UK and European sales. This will be shown at the end of checkout. Countries not required to pay this duty will be refunded the Vat/Tax amount when we have verified your shipping address is in an area where this Vat/Tax is not applicable. Please note however where this is the case, you may be liable for import tax or duty in your own country of residence at the rate imposed there.
DELIVERY: On larger weight items, particularly speakers and power amps when going overseas, shipping may need to be calculated and mailed to you later for your agreement. It is almost impossible to second guess shipping expenses to just one rate, since it would mean excessively loading some places in order not to be short in others. In almost all cases, we will supply goods at the minimal shipping price available.
